With the AO300 Pro, SMSL unveils an improved version of its DAC, amplifier and headphone amplifier. Powerful and high-quality, it incorporates high-end components: a MA5332MS Class D amplifier chip, a CS43131 DAC chip and an XMOS XU316 USB interface. These components enable it to decode up to 32-bit 768kHz PCM, DSD up to DSD256 and MQA. In terms of amplification performance, the AO300 Pro is capable of delivering up to 2x165W into 4Ω and 2x85W into 8Ω with a THD+N of only 0.003%. Versatile, it features a comprehensive and varied range of connections and incorporates a Bluetooth 5.3 receiver, an HDMI eARC input port and a subwoofer output for a more immersive 2.1-channel experience. A balanced 4.4mm headphone output and a 6.35mm headphone output are also located on the front panel.
